My name is Can Ha. I’m twenty years old and Hoover High School is my first school in U.S. I was born in Vietnam, so my first language is Vietnamese, while English is my second language. My family moved from a poor country that is mostly agriculture to an industrialized country. Hopefully, we just want to have a better life in this country, the place people call “heaven”. I remember four years ago, when family arrived at Los Angeles Airport. The first thing I saw was the long big bridge I never saw that in my country. On the road, cars follow cars; I did not even see a motorcycle or bicycle. They drove on the freeway, which in Vietnam they call “super-fast way”. This is the picture of my country.
